Team Sports Science Training sessions
Book in your team for a training session with our sports science coaches. Training sessions are tailored to incorporate key components of strength & conditioning in line with the demands of your sport. There is no specific time frame as to when you should book in, contact us today to discuss your goals and requirements.
Individual Sports Science Training sessions
We offer 1 to 1 and small group training for those looking to get an edge over their opponents and get ahead of the game. We cater our training based around your current training and competition goals, using the latest strength and conditioning research to get the best out of your training.
Teams and individuals from all sports can book in for fitness testing. We will deliver a physical fitness testing session assessing the key components of fitness in relation to your sport. Upon completion of a testing session, you will be provided with a report displaying how you compare against other athletes in your sport. This will highlight your strengths and key areas for improvement.
Testing sessions can include:
- Anthropometrics (Height, weight & body fat)
- Upper & Lower Body Strength
- Upper & Lower Body Power
- Speed Testing
- Endurance Testing
- Agility Testing
- Flexibility & Mobility Testing
