Training sessions are tailored to incorporate key components of strength & conditioning in line with the demands of your sport. There is no specific time frame as to when you should book in, contact us today to discuss your goals and requirements.

We offer 1 to 1 and small group training for those looking to get an edge over their opponents and get ahead of the game. We cater our training based around your current training and competition goals, using the latest strength and conditioning research to get the best out of your training.

6-week Blocks

Look out for our 6-week sport science packages. Training blocks provide you and/or your team with 6 strength & conditioning sessions, coupled with a take home training programme to enhance your development and ongoing nutrition support.

At Fit For Future, we like to give back! For each of our 6 week-training blocks, we give something back to the parents of our young athletes. This can be anything from a nutrition seminar for parents to aid in their child’s sport performance, growth and recovery; or a fitness testing report to highlight individual strengths and key areas for improvement, providing parents with specific information on what their child needs to be the best athlete they can possibly be!


Teams and individuals from all sports can book in for fitness testing. We will deliver a physical fitness testing session assessing the key components of fitness in relation to your sport. Upon completion of a testing session, you will be provided with a report displaying how you compare against other athletes in your sport. This will highlight your strengths and key areas for improvement.

Testing sessions can include:

  • Anthropometrics (Height, weight & body fat)
  • Upper & Lower Body Strength
  • Upper & Lower Body Power
  • Speed Testing
  • Endurance Testing
  • Agility Testing
  • Flexibility & Mobility Testing

You will also have the option to request a personalised training programme with the aim of developing your key areas for improvement. Programming can be done remotely with ongoing feedback from coaches. Get in touch for more information!

School Holiday sessions

At various times throughout the year we will offer school holiday training sessions for teams and individuals to participate in. Keep an eye out for advertisements in our news tab.
