Jack Westley (Fit For Future Founder & Performance Coach)
Jack has a BSc in Sport & Exercise Science and is due to complete his MSc in Applied Sport & Exercise Science this September. As part of his studies, Jack has completed modules in strength & conditioning, physiology, nutrition, biomechanics and sport psychology.
Having previously interned at Team Hallam Strength & Conditioning, Jack worked exclusively with University level athletes in Rugby Union, Field Hockey, Lacrosse and Cycling. Before that, Jack was part of the strength and conditioning team at Doncaster Knights RFC for 3 seasons, during which the club endured its most successful season in their history. His most recent coaching experience comes in the shape of youth football, where Jack has taken time to put research into practise with a number of grass roots and academy level footballers ranging from U7’s to U18’s.
Jacks personal sporting background comes from amateur boxing, a sport that he excelled in both as an athlete and a coach.
Dave Woodcock (Fit For Future Founder & Coach)
Dave has a BA in Physical Education and currently in his 13th year teaching A Level Physical Education at Thomas Rotherham College. He has years of experience delivering Anatomy and Physiology, Fitness Training and Programming, Instructing Exercise and Fitness, Fitness Testing and Sports Nutrition Units.
Dave has been a football coach since starting his teaching career at college. During this time, he has led teams to multiple league titles and cups in Rotherham & South Yorkshire.
His most recent coaching experience comes in the shape of youth football, where Dave has taken time to put research into practise with a number of grass roots and academy level footballers ranging from U7’s to U18’s.
His personal sporting background comes from football as a player and coach. He also has a vested interest in player development.
